Le Centre Reine Fabiola: global name that reunites 9 associations
Pedagogical projects, residences, day workshops, lesiure activities have been created and improved throughout the years in order to form the current institution.

These 9 associations are :
Centre d'Aide par le Travail asbl, Club Reine Fabiola asbl, Fonds du Centre Reine Fabiola asbl, Foyers Reine Fabiola asbl, Hébergement Reine Fabiola asbl, Institut Reine Fabiola asbl, Maisons Occupationnelles Reine Fabiola asbl, Nekto  asbl et Service de Suite Reine Fabiola asbl.

Support for belgian handicapped people
The medical, social and pedagogical institution « Foyers Reine Fabiola » depends on the association that has the same name and is certified by AWIPH (L'Institut médico-socio-pédagogique "Foyers Reine Fabiola", dépendant de l'asbl du même nom, est actuellement agréé par l'AWIPH (Wallonian agency for handicapped people’s integration) to welcome 111 ,Belgian adults : 75  residents, 21 for nights (most of these people work at the adapted work company NEKTO) and 15 are welcomed at a “day care” (?) This agreement is regularly renewed.

Support for French and Luxembourg handicapped people
5 out of the 10 associations forming the institution benefit from agreements approved by AWIPTH and competent French and Luxembourg authorities. On 31st December 2008, 344 french people (from 20 different French countries) and 2 from Luxembourg were welcomed at Centre Reine Fabiola.

French counties signing the agreements needed to welcome their citizens at the institution are: 

l'Aisne, les Ardennes, l'Aube, le Calvados, l'Essonne, la Haute Garonne, les Hauts de Seine, l’Eure, l’Eure et Loire, l'Indre et Loire, le Loiret, la Moselle, le Nord, l'Oise, Paris, le Pas-de-Calais, la Seine Maritime, la Seine-Saint-Denis, la Seine et Marne, la Somme, le Tarn, le Val de Marne, le Val d'Oise and les Yvelines.
